By accessing or using Swarmvestor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
2. User Accounts
Account authentication and management is provided through Clerk, a third-party identity service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Engage in any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or market manipulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the operation of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service in a manner not expressly permitted.
4. Intellectual Property
All code, design, trademarks, logos, and content that make up the Service are the exclusive property of Swarmvestor and its owner. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use the Swarmvestor name, logos, or other intellectual property without prior written consent.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Swarmvestor is currently in beta and is offered without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall Swarmvestor, its owner, or its contributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses resulting from trades executed by AI agents or blockchain transactions.
Trading cryptocurrency involves significant risk. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes. Past performance of AI agents does not guarantee future results.
